Team Lead - Red Team

Job Description:

You will be part of the corporate information security team, leading the red-teaming activities performing internal penetration testing and other offensive security tasks. Based in Utrecht, you will work together with other red teamers in an informal way and provide coaching and guidance to them on new techniques to identify company's attack surface. This role provides a lot of variety and opportunities to keep developing yourself. For you as the leader of the red team, this means an interactive and inspiring way of working together across the team and with different departments of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the execution of advanced penetration tests and red team activities on company's information assets.
• Identify, report, and help fix gaps in a timely manner to reduce company's attack surface.

Required Qualification:

• 6+ years of experience in retail, banking, or consulting.
• Certifications like OSCP, CEH, CISSP, GPEN, or OSCE.
• Must have experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Experience using WAF, SIEM, intrusion detection, anti-malware, and antivirus tools.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages like Ruby, Perl, Python, PowerShell, or C/C++.
• Should be proactive and good at communication.
• Dutch language is not required; English must be fluent.
